Meet Warren Kofoed
After more than two decades in elite sport and leadership, Warren established Ascension Leadership in 2024 to help others apply the same clarity, discipline, and performance principles in their own environments.
With over 25 years of experience across elite sport, defence, and corporate, Warren brings a rare combination of discipline, empathy, and real-world perspective to his work.
His career spans the Australian Army, AFL clubs, Olympic programs, and senior management at Fortescue Metals Group, where he helped leaders translate high-performance principles into everyday leadership practice.
As a certified High-Performance Manager, Leadership Circle Profile accredited professional, and AICD graduate with a Bachelor’s in Applied Science (Human Movement), Warren draws on deep experience to help leaders and teams achieve meaningful, lasting change.
